Happy Holidays... yes it is almost Christmas so once again hello and welcome to  DIGEST for the last time in 2020.  We are taking a break in January and will be back pumping out new article again in February 2021.

This week there are five fresh articles on  Innovation, Leadership and Careers.   As well as the usual assortment of distractions collected from our weekly browsing.

We also launch episode five of our podcast - iTHINK Series Two - Do You Have A Start Up In You? with Murray Hurps.  Murray was a Startup Founder at 16 (Ad Muncher), CEO of Incubator 'Fishburners', and today is Director for Entrepreneurship at UTS as well as his role on the board of Startup Muster which he co-founded in 2013.
