Hello and welcome to the re-designed DIGEST.   At Innovation Thinking we are continually refreshing so we have a bunch of updates including a new banner design and an updated homepage. Please also check it out tell us what you think.

For those in North America we wish you a very Happy Thanksgiving with so much disruption around the world we all appreciate the opportunity to be thankful.  

This week we introduce the STRATEGY section, we look at the impact of narcissistic leaders.  There is an article about how career success really does come in clusters and an article on planning your day with time blocks. 

DIGEST is food for thought. Collecting, curating and synthesising the most timely and relevant perspectives on career, leadership, entrepreneur and innovation thinking from around the world.

Last week we launched the third episode of our podcast - iTHINK Series Two - Do You Have A Start Up In You?   with Craig Joyce and Euan Prentice from cyber security start-up Cythera. It has already had a huge amount of interest and if you haven't had a chance do check it out as we have another episode coming next week!
