Hello and welcome to DIGEST your regular career, leadership and innovation update.

This week we have stories about career transition opportunities for older workers, how to deal with being made redundant and interviewing via video. In the leadership area there is a question should leaders stop hiring successors in their own image.  In innovation there are stories on Open Innovation and Continuous Innovation.

This week we launch episode 3 of the iTHINK Podcast, in this episode Melissa and I interview with Phil Aitken about his experience moving from an executive career in Australia to a global board career based in the UK.

Another new addition for this week is the event calendar, with so many conferences now going virtual we have built a calendar to track when the most relevant conferences are happening around the world.

Have a great week and stay safe

Crispin.

(as some people noticed last weeks edition slipped out a little early due to a minor technical issue)
