We seek to continue the momentum from the inaugural event in 2019, and inspire by delivering a unique innovation experience.​  

An inaugural award winning event, Effect in 2020 is a three part series, featuring one 30-minute episode per week, aired over a 3 week period. It will showcase how the best in the world use technology,  share key learnings about culture and partnerships, and curate powerful learning sessions to help support business leaders to meet their challenges head-on. 

Organisations have had to rapidly transform their operating models and find new ways to engage and inspire their people. In this episode Rove discusses new approaches with:

Martin Wezowski, Global Futurist, as he explores the role of machine learning and artificial intelligence and why he thinks curiosity and creativity are key skillsets of this decade. Martin talks about the importance of agility to allow for smarter and more efficient working.

Susan Ferrier from NAB on how they’ve streamlined their focus on what’s most important – supporting their customers and colleagues, and how NAB has adapted to using different ways of working in a remote environment. Susan will also discuss the concept of fungibility.

Chad Davis and Jake Meadows play one of their amazing compilations made especially for Effect. You will be struck by the melodic uniqueness of the harps.
